Like any full sized backpack, When fully loaded with my gear, the bag can become quite heavy. This backpack can provide some help in this regard - it has not only a waist strap, but you can also attach an optional heavy duty modular belt to the bag, which helps support the load.

The built-in waist belt can be tucked away if not needed.

The hinged panel can be undone to reveal the waist belt.

Or a Think Tank modular belt can be attached to the bag under the hinged panel.

The Think Tank Streetwalker Pro is a very comfortable bag to carry, especially if you take advantage of the optional modular belt attachment. The bag straps are very heavy duty, and the sternum strap is adjustable.

In addition the back is padded with a breathable material for additional comfort, which is imporant in the hot-humid Caribbean climate.

D rings are also included on the backpack straps for attachment to the camera. When using a Think Tank camera strap and connection kit, this takes the camera strap's load off your neck when you are wearing the backpack.

Using the camera strap connection kit, I recently used this backpack at a Zoo and carried it all day long without any fatigue at all.

Conclusion: Given the lifetime warranty, wear comfort, and use of quality materials throughout, it is hard to beat the StreetWalker series backpacks. While backpacks are not for everyone, it is nice to see that Think Tank has carried over the design details from their immensely popular shoulder bags into their backpacks.
